Your information, handled with care.

Who we are

This website is run by Natural State WellFit Solutions, LLC (“WellFit”), 17711 Chenal Pkwy, Suite I111, Little Rock, AR 72223. You can reach us about privacy at [email protected] or (501) 350-6345.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us, plus a little technical context that comes with it.

• What you type into a form, such as your name, phone, email, the day you would like to visit, equipment you are interested in, room details, or a description of a problem with your equipment. We ask only for what we need to answer that request.
• Files you choose to upload, such as photos of a room or a serial number label.
• Your vote if you answer a poll on the site.
• Context sent with a form: the page you were on, the page that sent you there, any campaign tags in the link, and your browser type. To spot abuse we keep a scrambled, one-way code made from your internet address, not the address itself.

The membership calculator on our home page runs in your browser. The numbers you enter there are not sent to us.

How we use it

• To answer your request: confirm a visit, prepare a quote, plan your space, or arrange service.
• To keep the records a business needs, such as quotes, orders, and service history.
• To keep the website working and to block spam.
• To send you news or offers only if you ticked the box asking for them. You can opt out anytime by replying to one of those emails or by contacting us.

Who sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

We share it only when it is needed to do what you asked: for example, with a manufacturer when we handle a warranty or service request with you, or with the companies that host our website and store our records on our behalf. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and similar storage

Our public pages do not use advertising cookies. If you vote in our poll, your browser remembers your vote on that device so we do not ask you again; you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. Our staff sign-in uses cookies that are needed for security.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records, then delete them. Marketing contacts are removed when you opt out.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for a legal or business record. Email [email protected] or call (501) 350-6345, and we will help.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards for the information you send us, and only our team can see form requests. No website is perfectly secure, so please do not send card numbers, bank details, or passwords through a form or by ordinary email.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. See also our accessibility statement.
